I have just read Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Cashflow Quadrant. I would like to share some of the things he said that might be of importance to some of you reading this entry:
· The size of your success is measured by the strength of your desire, the size of your dream, and how you handle disappointment along the way.
· The only difference between a rich person and a poor person is how they use their time.
· Inside of every problem lies an opportunity.
· Face your fears and doubts, and new worlds will open to you.
· If you want to go somewhere, it is best to find someone who has already been there to guide you.
· The poor and middle class work for money. The rich have money work for them. The rich buy or create assets that work for them so they don’t have to.
· Don’t work for money make it work for you. Work for experience.
· Your business revolves around your asset column, as apposed to your income column. The rich focus on their asset columns while the poor and middle class focus on their income columns.
· Your mentors in life are important, so choose them wisely.
· Remember, your mind is your greatest asset, so be careful what you put into it. Garbage-in-Garbage-out, remember.
· People who refuse to open their minds to new strategies seldom became rich.
· If you aren’t practicing and playing to be first, then maybe you shouldn’t be an entrepreneur.
